RICHMOND, BC (PGA of British Columbia) -- The PGA of BC is delighted to introduce Oakcreek Golf & Turf LP as its newest Preferred Partner.
In addition to entering into a two-year, Silver-level partnership with the Association, Oakcreek Golf & Turf LP will also be a Presenting Sponsor of the Cleveland Golf-Srixon Canada PGA of BC Club Professional Championship this year and next.
As a distributor of Yamaha Golf Cars and Toro turf-care and irrigation equipment, Oakcreek is a brand synonymous with golf in Western Canada. Its British Columbia branches in Surrey, Kelowna and Duncan join three others in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

The Cleveland Golf-Srixon Canada PGA of BC Club Professional Championship presented by Oakcreek Golf & Turf will be the final event on the Association’s competition schedule in 2017, taking place Sept. 18-19 at the prestigious Victoria Golf Club. The 36-hole, stroke-play tournament will see the province’s top Executive Professionals, Head Professionals and Head Teaching Professionals vie for the Dick Munn Memorial Trophy.
“This is truly an honour,” Blue said of Oakcreek’s involvement with the event. “We are proud to sponsor a tournament that will bring many of British Columbia’s most important golf influencers to compete on a course regarded among Canada’s best.”
Many PGA of BC facilities are already among Oakcreek’s vast customer base that includes more than 1,000 courses and municipalities in Western Canada, so this partnership will serve to strengthen existing bonds in the industry while forging new ones as well.
