April 2025 Standings: Professional Development Program presented by Sunice & Bobby Jones

April 4, 2025

Richmond, BC ( PGA of BC) - After a season in which he topped the standings to win the 2024 Professional Development Program presented by Sunice & Bobby Jones, Ryan Tofani (Sandpiper Golf Club) has jumped out to an early lead in 2025 through his strong commitment to education and industry involvement.

The Professional Development Program is an annual Points Race designed to recognize members of the Association who show a tremendous commitment to becoming a top professional in the golf industry by way of education, networking, and industry volunteerism.

Tofani leads the Overall standings with 46 points, continuing the dedication to himself, his club and his community that propelled him to victory last season. In second place, Travis Busch (Fairwinds Golf Club) has earned 40 points, while Todd Kuspira (Marine Drive Golf Club) rounds out the top-three with 33 points this season.

Kuspira is the top point-earner among Assistants. Mark Valliere (Glacier Greens Golf Club) trails Kuspira by a single point. Deneb Rondinone (Tsawwassen Springs Golf) and Shawn Keough (Marine Drive Golf Club) are tied for third with 31 points on a close, crowded leaderboard.

Five Rookies share the lead among first-year professionals with 18 points earned thus far: Nathan Boal (Burnaby Mountain Golf Club), Thomas Estabrooks (Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club), Michael Mayhood (Ryan Holley Golf), Caleb Voth (Ledgeview Golf Club) and Scott Kerr (Simon Fraser University).
