The nomination deadline for all awards is Friday, August 30 at 4:00 PM PST.
Three other awards are determined by the PGA of BC Board of Directors and office staff:

- Patron of the Year
- Member of the Year
As in previous years, the B.C. zone will be defined by four geographic regions:
- Lower Mainland
- Vancouver Island
- Interior

Regional Nominating Committees in each region will consider all nominations in each award category. The committees will then select a Regional Finalist in each category.
The names of the Finalists along with supporting information will be forwarded to a Final Selection Panel made up of previous winners of the Golf Awards. The panel will determine a winner in each category based on a weighted ballot.
The winner of each category (except for Golf Facility of the Year, Sales Representative of the Year, Patron of the Year, and the Member of the Year) will be the BC finalist submitted for the corresponding PGA of Canada National award.
