Dear Members,
I hope this message finds you well and the 2013 season has been successful to both yourselves and your facilities.
This email is to remind you that the 2013 PGA of BC Trade Show will be taking place in two weeks time, October 16th & 17th at the Richmond Olympic Oval. The atmosphere to date has been extremely positive and we look forward to yet another successful show.
On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Administration office, it is my sincere pleasure to announce new initiatives and incentive programs that have been created for this year's show. The estimated total of available prizes is in excess of$17,500 and are defined as follows.
Member-Attendance Incentives
To show our appreciation to those PGA of BC members in good standing that attend the event, the Association has approved a Membership raffle that will feature some incredible prizes. Based strictly on attendance, members will receive one ballot for each day of attendance at this year's show. Some of the over 20 available prizes include:

Booking Incentives
To show our appreciation for those exhibitors that support the show, the PGA of BC will be conducting raffles to incentify bookings. At the top of every hour, the Association will draw one ballot from orders that have been booked or placed during show hours. Some of the over 20 available prizes include:

Dress Code
As a reminder, this year's Trade Show is Business Informal. The PGA of BC defines this as:
Men: sport jacket, golf slacks and dress shirt with collar.
Women: sport jacket, golf slacks and collared golf shirt or dress shirt, or dress.
Footwear: Dress shoes.
2013 PGA of BC Awards Reception
This year's Awards Reception will take place at the River Rock Casino Resort (host hotel), commencing at 7:30pm on October 16th. Tickets for members are only $20 and include refreshments and hors d'oeuvres. Members are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance as availability is limited.
