December 16th2014 – The PGA of Canada recently announced the winners of its 2014 National Awards, and two PGA of BC professionals were amongst the notable names selected.
Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club’s Ashley Zibrik was honoured with the Tex Noble Award for Professional Development, while Brodie Carle of Predator Ridge Golf Resort was honoured with the Moe Norman Apprentice of the Year award.
“I got the phone call… and honestly had to wait for Darcy Kral's follow up email because I couldn't believe it at first,” said Carle. “I was humbled and proud to represent the British Columbia Zone. When you invest time in others for the right reasons, it's amazing how you grow personally.”
Carle and Zibrik will be honoured, alongside their fellow National Awardw winners, during the annual Canada Night celebration as part of the PGA of America Merchandise Show in Orlando, Florida on Thursday, January 22nd.
