For the sake of simplicity and in an effort to be more environmentaly-friendly, the 2012 PGA of BC Employment Verification forms will be submitted electronically.
Under PGA of Canada guidelines, only Professionals in the APPRENTICE category are required to have their employment verified by a PGA of Canada Head Professional or Head Teaching Professional at the start of the season.
Head or Head Teaching Professionals are asked to fill out one form for every Apprentice employed at their facility. Note that Apprentices are required to work a minimum of 910 hours of work over the course of the golfing season. In British Columbia, this season is defined as January 1 - December 31.
Class "A", HP, HTP, EP, Life, Retired, and Candidate for Membership do not require employment verification at this time unless they have changed facilities and have not yet notified the PGA of BC office.
Deadline for Submission is April 30, 2012.
