ELIGIBILITY
Open to all female members in good standing. Priority will be given to those members employed in the golf industry. Members must have held designation for a minimum of 30 days prior to the Championship. Only PGA of Canada members will be permitted to compete in Round 2 of the Women's Championship.
POWER CARTS
Round 1 - The use of Power Carts will be permitted, based on availability at the competitor's expense.
Round 2- The use of Power Carts of motorized transportation will not be permitted for competitors unless otherwise approved due to a medical exemption.
CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT
The scoring format for the 36-hole PGA of BC Women's Championship is based on a stableford scoring system. Scorecards should be returned to the PGA of BC scoring table immediately after completion of play. It is the player's responsibility to ensure there are scores for each hole and two signatures on his/her scorecard.
Please note that based on availability, Professionals not bringing a team of Amateurs will be randomly paired with a team of Amateurs from the host club. Professionals are encouraged to bring a team of Amateurs and entries will be based on availability. Point Grey Golf & Country Club has generously extended a rate of $125+GST for all Guest Amateurs, which includes Golf, Breakfast, Lunch, and Prizes. DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICES
In this competition, a player may obtain distance information by use of a distance-measuring device. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his/her play (e.g. elevation changes, wind speed, etc.) the player is in breach of Rule 14-3. First breach of Rule 14-3 is a two stroke penalty, any subsequent breach is disqualification.

ITINERARY
9:00am - Shotgun Start
9:00am - Tee Times Starting Off 1st Tee (lower stableford point totals teeing off first)
Immediately Following Play - Lunch & Prize Presentations (mandatory attendance for Top 3 finishers)
CLASS "A" PASS SCORE
Eligible Candidate for Memberships (CFM) requiring to meet their Class "A" Pass Score may use this event as a format Playing Ability Test. The Class "A" Pass Score for this event is TBA. Please note that based on the format of the event, all Professionals declaring this event as a PAT must hole out all putts and record a gross score for each round.

CADDIES
Round 1 - Caddies will not be permitted for the Pro-Am portion of this event.
Round 2 - Caddies will be permitted. Please notify the PGA of BC Administration office in advance should you plan to have one.
REGISTRATION & SCORING AREA
Upon arrival please proceed directly to registration. Please ensure you are at the 1st tee at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tee time. Failure to turn in your scorecard after your round could lead to disqualification. It is the player's responsibility to ensure there are 18 scores and two signatures on his/her scorecard.
CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS
Following the second round, an awards reception and presentation will be held immediately following play in the Point Grey Golf & Country Club Clubhouse. At this time, the PGA of BC Women's Championship Trophy will be awarded. Please make every effort to stay until the awards presentation has concluded. It is mandatory that top 5 finishers of the event must attend this post-round function.
