Topic: Fitting Top Talent: Experiences on Tour

Through his position in Tour Operations with Honma Golf, PGA of BC member Laird White works as a club fitter for players on the manufacturer's staff such as former world No. 1-ranked player Justin Rose. White will share his experiences from having access to and working with these top players.

Benard brings more than 20 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer for Dale Carnegie Training of BC, in addition to extensive work in the sales and mortgage-brokerage fields. Her presentation will focus on customer-centric service, how it differs from product-centric service and the skill set it takes to drive that difference and provide excellent customer experiences.
