If you are paying the registration cost for multiple members from your facility, please click "Add to Cart" and adjust the quantity in your cart prior to Checkout. Please write the names of all attending Professionals in the Order Comments box at Checkout.

Non-members (including Applicants) must be sponsored by a Class 'A' member to be eligible. To register you and your guest, please add your registration to your cart, then click "continue shopping", then click the box to initiate the proper entry fee for your guest before adding it to your cart. Once both items are in your cart, you can proceed with checkout. Please write the name of your guest in the space provided.
