Richmond, BC (PGA of BC) - The PGA of BC is thrilled to partner with Sundog Eyewear and Blue Tees Golf and welcomes the brands as co-presenting sponsors of the Jack McLaughlin Memorial Pro-Junior Championship Series and, returning after 13 years, the Pro-Pro Championship.
Sundog Eyewear, a Calgary-based company founded in 1983, is dedicated to providing high-quality, performance-driven sunglasses for athletes and outdoor enthusiasts. With a focus on superior protection, clarity, and comfort, Sundog's products are designed to meet the unique needs of golfers, runners, and cyclists, as well as those who enjoy other outdoor activities.
Blue Tees Golf specializes in golf technology, offering rangefinders, GPS speakers, and accessories designed for accuracy and ease of use. Their products feature modern design and advanced functionality, making them a popular choice for golfers seeking reliable on-course technology.
The Jack McLaughlin Memorial Pro-Junior Championship Series pairs PGA of BC professionals with up-and-coming junior golfers in a team format, fostering mentorship and competition. Last year, nearly 130 juniors competed at four unique locations across BC.
Making its return after a 13-year hiatus, the PGA of BC Pro-Pro Championship will take place at Kelowna’s Tower Ranch Golf Club this September. The last champions to lift the Pro-Pro Championship trophy were Dave Zibrik (Point Grey Golf & Country Club) and Lindsay Bernakevitch (Victoria Golf Club), whose 2012 victory also came at Tower Ranch.
The PGA of BC is thankful for Sundog Eyewear and Blue Tees Golf’s support. We extend our gratitude to General Manager Corey Austin and BC Sales Representative Jeff Kraemer for their role in strengthening these championships and providing meaningful opportunities for professionals and juniors alike.
We encourage members to reach out to Mr. Austin at coreya@sundogvision.com for more information on Sundog Eyewear and Blue Tees Golf and to explore how these brands can enhance your pro shop offerings.
