Kate Czerwenka Bio:

Kate is a Precision Nutrition L1 Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and founder of Groundwork Athletics nutrition department. Over the years, Kate has helped everyone from nutrition newbies to competitive athletes learn how to enhance their daily activities and sport performance through food. She addresses health from a weight-inclusive approach that stresses behaviours and habits that nourish rather than deprive so you can feel good in your body every day, regardless of its size.

Calum is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS), Masters of Kinesiology student (MKin), and Head Personal Trainer at Groundwork Athletics Inc. He has experience working with hundreds of individuals and athletes including Canadian National and NAIA Champion golfers through his work at McMaster University and UBC.
