Why did you become a PGA of Canada Professional?
I grew up loving the game and once I started working in the industry, I grew a passion for the business side of things.

What is the most rewarding part about being a member of the PGA of BC?
Being part of a close knit-industry where my peers are always there to help if needed and always down to have a good time together.

At which golf facility did you first begin working within the industry, and who was the PGA Professional?
My first Golf Job was working under Victor Vianzon at Quilchena in 2011 as a Back shop worker.

Who has influenced your career the most, and how?
I have learned a lot from my mentors over the years each one helping me grow as a professional and person. Big thank you to Chris Hood, Danny Long, Murray Poje, Victor Vianzon and Jeff Johnson for all they have done for me over the years.

What career path led you to where you are today?
I started working at Tsawwassen Springs in 2012 the day it opened. Tsawwassen Springs was my home course as a Junior Golfer. I had the opportunity to help grow the image of Tsawwassen Springs from the ground up. Naturally as the years went by, I climbed up the ladder to where I am now overseeing the whole golf operation.

Which significant accomplishments are you most proud of?
Passing my PAT and helping my home course grow and succeed since we opened in 2012.

If you had to share one piece of advice with a new member of our Association, what would it be?
Don't be afraid to reach out to other members for some help and advice. It may feel intimidating seeing all the industry vets, but what I have learned over the years is that most are willing to help with anything.

What is your most cherished golf memory?
Playing in the brutal winds and rain at Kings Links I had to overcome and pass my PAT. It was the worst weather I have every played in, but it was so worth it.

What is your favourite golf course in British Columbia, and why?
Tower Ranch in Kelowna. The views and the course are Spectacular.

What is a common misconception that golfers make about what your job entails?
Members assume that I should be -10 when I play rounds with them.

What is an interesting fact about yourself that doesn't involve golf?
I was born in France. I moved to Canada at 5 years old.
