Jonathan spent 6 years working for PGA TOUR at both its Florida headquarters and Asia office in Beijing. He was the lead staff to develop PGA TOUR China Series from 2014 to 2016. He later joined China Men's Professional Golf Tour (China Tour) as the chief of operation for 3 years before moving to Canada in 2019.

Currently Jonathan owns and operates his own golf business MYJOY Consulting Ltd. in Vancouver, BC and is the chief representative in North America for RG Simulator (https://www.rungolf.com/global). The realistic and accurate golfing experience of RG Sim and MYJOY's services-oriented business dedication have won many clients for both in-home/private use and indoor golf business sites in BC, SK, ON and Southern California since 2021.
