Josh Kujundzic is a Vancouver – born Golf Professional who began his early golf career at the age of 12. He was influenced by his uncle at a young age to take up the sport which he is passionate for to this day. He attended the Selkirk Saints Golf Development Program in Castlegar, BC from 2005 -2010 where he learned the fundamentals of golf. In his success, he was faced with opportunities to pursue collegiate golf until a tragic mountain-biking accident in 2011. He was out for a solo-ride on the Burnaby Mountain trails and hit a tree head-on, which lead to several spinal fractures and 2 compressions, also known as a broken neck. After the accident he was unable to participate in the sport he loved for over two years. As soon as he was physically able, he was back out on the tracks playing golf full-time. He had to re-learn the fundamentals of his swing and this re-ignited his passion for the game.

This led him to join the Quilchena Golf & Country Club membership to practice and play full-time for dreams to play professional golf. His dedication and determination at a young age did not go unnoticed when he was requested by the Board of Directors to become a Junior Ambassador representing the Club in internal and external events. His opinion and thoughts were valued by the Directors in order to shape the direction of the Club from a young adults’ point of view for future members. He was in this role for 4 years as his influence was reflected in the influx of junior and intermediate members at the Club. His complete understanding of the fundamentals of golf and the technical skills to instruct students of any level has proven to be successful in his students’ results over the years. Most recently, one of his greatest student's, former team Canada member and current female professional golfer on the Symetra tour who has proven success over the last several years in British Columbia and across Canada and the US!
