The PGA of British Columbia is pleased to allow limited access to Golf Retail Buyers (non-member facilities) at the 2024 PGA of BC Fall Trade Show. A maximum of four (4) badges may be purchased for each retailer at a cost of $75.00 per badge. We regret to inform that due to the sensitivity of the information obtained at the Show, no access will be granted to the General Public without prior approved credentials.

After the success of last year’s event and positive feedback from PGA of BC members, the show will again be taking place at the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, BC on Tuesday, October 29 and Wednesday, October 30. The River Rock serves as a convenient, vibrant, and engaging venue for the Fall Trade Show and will also host the PGA of BC Awards Night, sponsored by Tribal, on October 29. Additionally, the PGA of BC is excited to offer social and entertainment programming throughout the event. All of this housed under one roof allows for an accessible and effective opportunity for golf Professionals and Vendors to network and conduct business over the course of the two-day event. The River Rock Casino Resort is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Vancouver International Airport and 20 minutes from the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal and Downtown Vancouver.
The PGA of BC Fall Trade Show has featured industry exhibitors showcasing an array of products, including equipment, apparel, carts, accessories, golf balls, footwear, training aids, software, sunglasses, signage, and storage solutions, to name a few. The Trade Show serves as a one-stop-shop for all retailer facilities in British Columbia. This event is attended by the majority of the PGA of BC membership, representing over 150 golf facilities throughout the province, making it the industry's largest trade show in British Columbia.
The Association places a great deal of value on the feedback provided from its members. As a result of our post-event survey from last year’s show, we are committed to enhancing our F&B offerings and increasing venue space to better facilitate networking opportunities.
The PGA of BC and Preferred Accommodation Partner River Rock Casino Resort have reserved a room block for the Trade Show, with a preferred rate of $198 per night available for all attending members. To access the preferred accommodation rate, let the River Rock Casino Resort know that you are a PGA of BC member when booking your room. Alternatively, visit the booking link shared in the Member Registration email sent out today.
This year, the PGA of BC Awards Celebration will take place in The Buffet at River Rock. The full space of the Whistler Ballroom will be utilized to accommodate an additional 28 booths. This additional space will be dedicated to our OEM attendees, providing a one-stop shop for PGA of BC members looking for the newest golf club equipment: The Hard Goods Hall. As part of this new space, the Association plans to have a putting green available in the space for members to try out new product. In addition to the 28 booths featured in The Hard Goods Hall, 57 vendor booths will be available in the River Rock Resort Theatre for soft goods vendors. We will also feature multiple booths on the second-floor foyer of the River Rock Resort Theatre, with a specific focus on association, employment, and administrative presences. The remaining space of the second-floor foyer will be utilized for our expanded Business Social Lounge, offering a larger space for members and vendors to network and a dedicated beverage service not subject to seating capacity concerns as experienced last year in the Curve Lounge.
